I was appalled by my stay. The room was too small for what was supposed to be luxury. I expected a late check-out as I was celebrating my birthday, alas no! The customer service was more like a deterrent than assistance. Honestly, I almost wanted to write a good review, but just couldn't.

It had magnificent and wonderful location, short walk to the City Hall metro station, and the metro, malls, restaurants, museums, chijmes, 7 eleven and St Andrew cathedral. Everything was outstanding and the staff was very very helpful.

Great and excellent location just next door to Ripley's Believe it or Not. Booked an extremely spacious room with snacks, drinks, for instance. Fab food for dinner and breakfast...

This hotel was a strong match for a swift visit in Singapore with decent value for money. The rooftop pool was fantastic. Try to avoid peak hours when checking in.

missingWrote a review on 13 Septmodern designessential comfortschaotic check-in
The modern design of the hotel stands out, bringing a stylish vibe to the stay. Rooms come equipped with a variety of amenities, offering essential comforts for travelers.
The check-in process feels chaotic, with an unpredictable queue as guests sometimes jump ahead. The room lacks ample storage space, leading to clothes hanging in plain sight, which can be a nuisance. Bathroom privacy is compromised by a glass wall. The breakfast offerings in the lounge are limited, and you'll have to deal with leftover dishes from other guests. Overall cleanliness could improve significantly, with areas like the room showing noticeable dust by the end of the stay.

Fantastic Location and Comfortable Rooms
The bathroom layout was a highlight for me, especially having the separate shower and toilet. Although the staff at the restaurants were great, the hotel could improve on its valet service, as it was quite challenging to get assistance when needed.

This hotel is a gem in terms of location and amenities. the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making every guest feel right at home. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. the rooftop pool offers a stunning view of the bay, perfect for a relaxing swim or soaking up the sun. the housekeeping service is top-notch, ensuring that your room is always spotless. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a fancy meal, the hotel's restaurant has you covered. the attention to detail and exceptional service at this hotel truly sets it apart.
If there's one tiny improvement to mention, it would be that the lighting in the rooms could be a bit brighter. But this minor issue doesn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience at this hotel.
