I was absolutely appalled by my stay. The room was simply too small for what was supposed to be luxury. I expected a late check-out as I was celebrating my birthday, alas no! The customer service was more like a deterrent than assistance. Honestly, I almost wanted to write a good review, but just couldn’t.

The breakfast offerings in the lounge are limited, and you’ll have to deal with leftover dishes from other guests. Overall cleanliness could improve significantly, with areas like the room showing noticeable dust by the end of the stay.

This hotel was a strong match for a swift visit in Singapore with decent value for money. The rooftop pool was fantastic, providing a great spot to relax and unwind. Try to avoid peak hours when checking in.
